Sidharth simultaneously completed his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Engineering with Honours from Northwestern University, Chicago.

A visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Snehal Runwal brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight to her role as Director at Runwal Enterprises. With a background in interior design, she has been deeply involved in shaping the development of residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Her commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric values has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and establishing Runwal Enterprises as a trusted and influential name in the industry.

We are delighted to welcome Pradumna Kanodia to Runwal Enterprises as our Executive Director. Pradumna is CA and CS.   He joins us from Welspun One Logistics and has been at Senior Leadership positions with The Phoenix Mills, Panchsil Realty and Sobha Developers, where he led several corporate transformation projects in the residential and commercial segments, bringing a wealth of experience to our team. Mr. Chanakya (Chan) joins us from Ivanhoe Cambridge, where he led Indirect Strategies - Asia Pacific region. He was also at senior leadership positions at JP Morgan Chase & Co, BlueLife Limited, Actis Capital and Cushman & Wakefield bringing a wealth of experience to our team.

Shashi Bhushan is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He was affiliated with our Associate, S R Constructions, for a period of four years during his initial tenure from April 23, 2015, to July 20, 2019 and rejoined one of our Subsidiaries, Evie Developers Private Limited, from July 2, 2024, to March 1, 2025. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company, effective March 22, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (mechanical engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is currently involved in overseeing the overall financial well-being and developing strategic plans for the Company. He was previously associated with Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Accenture Services Private Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Geetapuram Port Services Limited, Spanco Limited, Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited, Mumbai, SR Constructions, VNF Ideas Private Limited and Evie Developers Private Limited. He also held the position of chief financial officer - finance at Waaree ESS Private Limited from 2021 to 2022.

Mr. Ramesh joins us from K Raheja Corp, where he led entire developmental value chain ( from land to delivery assets) various restructuring initiatives implemented to streamline operations to enable growth. He has also worked with leading organizations such as Bombay Realty, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, Peninsula Realty Fund & Peninsula Land Limited and Lokhandwala Builders, bringing a wealth of experience to our team. In his new role, Mr. Ramesh will spearhead the Luxury Segment.

Saurabh Shankar Natu is the chief executive officer – township projects of our Company. He was affiliated with one of our Subsidiaries, Runwal Residency Private Limited from April 1, 2023 to March 1, 2025 and subsequently he was appointed as chief executive officer – township projects of our Company, effective March 1, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in ayurvedacharya (ayurvedic medicine and surgery) from R.A. Podar Medical College (Ayurvedic), University of Bombay and a master’s degree in management from Principal L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management and Research, University of Mumbai. He is currently involved in the formulation of strategic decisions, budgets, and policies aimed at enhancing the market share and profitability of our Company. He was previously associated with Camlin Limited, H Horizon Support and Services Private Limited, Parle Agro Private Limited, Puranik Builders Private Limited, Van Melle Confectionary India Private Limited, Dabur Ayurvedic Specialities Limited, Saralee Household and Bodycare India Private Limited and Runwal Residency Private Limited.

A seasoned real estate professional, she has worked with the top names of the industry such as Shapoorji Enterprises, Oberoi Realty, Hirco & Mahindra Lifespaces over the past 22 years. Her hospitality/hotel management background enables her to manage the customer relationship portfolio efficiently along with the overall operations of Runwal Bliss.

Mr. Milind joins us from Prestige Group, where he led residential projects from West India. Expertise in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills, emphasising on multi disciplinary coordination in Project Management and troubleshooting. He has also worked with leading organizations such as Kalpataru, Bombay Realty, Damac Properties, Lodha Group, Sembcorp Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd., Hiranandani Group of Companies and Shapoorji Pallonji bringing a wealth of experience to our team. In his new role, Mr. Milind will spearhead all Projects and functions like Billing, Contracts, Costing & Budgeting, Designs & Co-ordination, MEP, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Safety and Stores.

Balwinder Singh Reen is the chief sales officer of our Company. He was affiliated with one of our Subsidiaries, Runwal Residency Private Limited from July 22, 2024 to March 1, 2025 and subsequently he was appointed as chief sales officer of our Company, effective March 1, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Himachal Pradesh University and a post-graduation diploma in international business from Amity Business School. He is currently involved in the sales and marketing activities of our Company. He was previously associated with Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited, Macrotech Developers Limited, Larsen and Toubro Limited and Runwal Residency Private Limited. He has 17 years of experience in the field of sales operations, strategic planning and business development.

Abhishek Kumar Jain is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He was associated with one of our Subsidiaries, Wheelabrator Alloy Castings Limited, from October 4, 2021, to April 21, 2024. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Company Secretary of our Company, effective April 21, 2024, and as the Compliance Officer, effective September 2, 2024. He is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai. He has cleared final examination for master’s degree in business administration from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. He is currently involved in ensuring compliances with the applicable law and operations of our Company. He was previously associated with Aamby Valley City Limited, Sahara Hospitality Limited, A K Jain & Co., Company Secretaries and one of our Subsidiaries, Wheelabrator Alloy Castings Limited.

Mr. Pandey has completed MBA – Marketing & HR. He has worked with the organizations like Kanakia Spaces Realty Pvt. Ltd., Sheth Creators Pvt, Ltd., and has overall experience of 17 years. Rakesh Dogra is President Operations at Runwal Enterprises Ltd. handling two very prestigious projects in Premium segment.  Rakesh Dogra holds diploma in Construction Technology, Civil Engineering and has done Executive Management programme from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta He has rich experience of more than 25 years plus driving project operations from inception to handing over.  Major contribution and participation in design, costing and budgeting, planning, execution, cashflow management, value engineering contracts & resources management which includes high rise residential towers, commercial offices, retails and integrated township projects. He has past experience from Rustomjee Group.

Neeta Ajay Shendge is the vice president – human resources of our Company. She was affiliated with one of our Subsidiaries, Runwal Residency Private Limited from August 1, 2020 to March 1, 2025 and subsequently she was appointed as vice president – human resources of our Company, effective March 1, 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in retail operations from Sikkim Manipal University and a master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University and a diploma in marketing management from Principal L.N. Welingkar’s Institute of Management Development and Research. She holds a diploma in instrumentation from VES Polytechnic, Mumbai. She is currently involved in the human resource management functions of our Company. She was previously associated with Runwal Residency Private Limited, SR Constructions, Runwal Homes Private Limited, Runwal Developers Private Limited, Sheth Corp Private Limited, Atithi Builders and Constructors Private Limited, Runwal CapitaLand India Private Limited and Atco Industries Limited.
